SAVE THE DATES

When should I order my Save the Date?

Your Save the Date should be mailed 6 months prior to your wedding date. We recommend ordering your Save the Date 8 months prior to your wedding date, which will give you plenty of time to address, stamp, and stuff your envelopes.

How many Save the Dates should I order?

When deciding your quantity, be sure you are counting number of households, not a total headcount. This means that a family will receive one save the date. A couple will receive one save the date. An individual will receive one save the date. We offer our pieces in increments of 25, and we ALWAYS recommend having extras! So if you need 110 save the dates, an order of 125 will do the trick! Remember you want some for yourself and family, and your photographer!

How long is the Save the Date ordering process?

Once we receive your order, it immediately enters our workflow, and we have a digital proof emailed to you within 7 business days. We allow you 48 hours to request any changes you have. We make any requested changes quickly for you, and once approved, we go to print!

Printing time depends on your print method. Digital printing requires up to 10 business days of production before shipping. Letterpress and Foil printing requires 2 to 3 weeks of production before shipping. We ship all suites via Fed Ex ground, which is typically 1 to 3 business days.

Do you offer guest addressing for Save the Dates?

We do not offer guest addressing at this time, but we’d love for you to visit our select calligraphers on our referral page! All Save the Date orders include the return address, printed on the back flap of your envelope.
